“Brittney had a great energetic spirit while helping me plan my wedding. She gave a lot of timely, helpful advice and useful information that demonstrated she was listening carefully to what I was hoping for and that she genuinely cared for the best possible outcome for the wedding.
She also created the flower arch/arrangement for my ceremony, decorated my bouquet, and gave practical advice on numerous topics (including marriage license paperwork, vendor recommendations, etc.). She also brought an emergency cleaning kit to help clean my wedding dress. It ended up saving the day when some dark chocolate pudding spilled on my dress (it was not a small amount). The cleaning kit worked remarkably well (no one knew that it even happened)!

“I hired Brittney for her coordination package for our June wedding. Brittney provided ample resources like checklists and budgeting. She also has helpful software to create a detailed timeline and a different software to customize the layout for your specific venue which I really enjoyed using. I was a more hands on bride and enjoyed planning my wedding and felt like Brittney was there if I had questions but we never stepped on each others toes. She definitely can be more hands on for the bride’s that need additional support.
Everything on the wedding day was super smooth from my perspective. There were 2 issues that Brittney was able to resolve: one with a food table setup for cocktail hour which Brittney was able to fix with the caterer and the other with darker florals than I was picturing for some of the arrangements and she went around making sure they were removed.
Overall, I was able to enjoy my day without worrying about setting up decor, timing, cleaning up, etc. I appreciate Brittney’s help as my coordinator!"

“I have had the great pleasure of working with Brittney and her assistant over these past 9 months to plan our perfect day that has just passed on April 20th, 2024. Throughout the whole process, I have received very consistent and thorough communications about all of the planning and dates. Brittney did a great job keeping us on task and quelling worries we had about upcoming dates and deadlines. Brittney had a very thorough schedule that she religiously followed and kept everything organized (We have no idea how she remembered everything to the finest detail sometimes). The whole process pre-wedding felt seamless with Brittney's help.
Besides Brittney's vast network of other vendors and knowledge of wedding procedures, her execution of everything on the day of the wedding was more than we could've asked for. She settled the vendors (making sure they got set up and ready), set up decor and organized everything in accordance to the schedule. We felt like we never had to worry about anything on the big day and were making sure we look our best and take in every moment of the festivities. Brittney and her assistant were helpful and adaptable to any situation. Our seating chart had to be changed last minute, which they both adjusted to seamlessly and continued with set up. They also were kind enough to neatly pack all of our decorations back into their boxes and were very efficient on clean up. Brittney led us through the whole day without us needing to worry about a single thing.

“I cannot say enough good things about Brittney and Forever Moments. We are California residents who decided to have our wedding in my (the bride) hometown in Virginia. Once that decision was made, I knew the one area I had to include in my budget was a wedding coordinator. I started the daunting task of searching online for someone and came across Brittney's/Forever Moment’s website and after reading the information, I knew in my heart that she was it. We had a consultation meeting, and the rest was history. We hired Forever Moments for their wedding coordinator package with a bonus given for their decor package (they offer full planning as well) but we received so much more than assistance on our wedding day. Brittney is a wonderful person, a great communicator, she comes with lots of recommendations, and a solid planning timeline. She was always available outside of our scheduled calls with any questions or concerns I had and did a wonderful job of making me feel heard. She was prepared and present for the rehearsal, kicking everyone into gear. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything was in place as discussed and any issues that arose, she took up with my wedding party leaving me to enjoy a stress-free day. She even came prepared with the best wedding day emergency kit I've ever seen in my life, which came in handy when a wedding guest broke her zipper and was able to keep dancing the night away thanks to Brittney's safety pins. She also made sure the timeline was kept to and that any decor items I needed to locate later were all in one place when we went to clean up. She went above and beyond and we are so grateful to her and her team for all they did to make our wedding day incredible.
If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, all I can say is do it! It is the best thing you can do for yourself. It takes so much stress off of you on your wedding day (and before) and if you aren't sure who to hire, hire Brittney/Forever Moments, you will not be disappointed.”

"I went into wedding planning with the full expectation to plan and do everything on my own. However when we went into securing our venue they were requiring a day of coordinator at the very least (which is a blessing looking back) so I went on the search for one. I came across Brittney (Forever Moments) on Instagram and reached out to see if she would be available to talk and potentially become our planner. From our first convo she was nothing but kind/caring and so helpful. You can tell she has nothing but passion for what she does. She was there for any questions/recommendations that we had and even had sent us an alternative napkin setting that she had come across which turned out PERFECT! Not to mention everything else turning out perfect. She helped give us the magical winter wedding of our dreams. As we were getting closer the stress/anxiety was inevitable but the continued help and support from Brittney was amazing. I couldn’t recommend Forever Moments enough and really don’t know what I would have done if we didn’t have them and could not have imagined having tried to go through this without her help.

Her Team even offered to take pictures alongside our photographer and recorded special moments like our first look. At the end of the night they helped package our decorations and gave us a very sweet Christmas ornament with our wedding date on it.
